Jaxon's First "Sick" Thanksgiving

Yay for Jaxon's first Thanksgiving. Boo that he has a very bad and yicky cold. And, so does the mama bear! Argh! Besides the sickness it was a wonderful day with family. Cody and I hosted and it was a great meal with great company.

Last year at this time Jaxon was the size of a pea in my tummy and I didn't even know I was pregnant! And now a year later he brings such joy and wonder to our lives. He was the hit of the day, of course! More than ever in my life I have so much to be thankful for. A beautiful son and a wonderful husband .. My own little family.

Today is a good reminder that I need to be thankful everyday. For the big things, the small things, the bad times that bring good times, for being blessed more than I even know.

Even though it was a "sick" Thanksgiving, as I watch my baby sleep, I know today was one of the best days I've had. My Jaxon blesses me and I am beyond thankful to be his mommy!
