Jaxon's personality sure has come out. First of all, he is SO stubborn. Stubborn like daddy and mommy! A double whammy. Eeek! He's also so sweet with his hugs and kisses. And then there's his big smiles when he sees you, especially when you have been away from him for awhile. The way he runs up to you and raises his arms to be picked up so he can hug and love on you .. These tender moments melt my heart.
Jaxon has been teething and is working on four right now. He actually handles it quite well. He has begun to mostly STTN or wake up once if not. He's a great napper. He always takes a morning nap and sometimes an afternoon nap. It just depends .. He can be rather stubborn on that one. He is still in his crib and I intend on keeping him in there as long as possible! He loves to talk to his stuffed animals in the morning and after naps. Squawker Lacher is his favorite. It's a green parrot. I think it's definitely going to be his favorite "lovey."
We have a finicky eater on our hands. He does love brocoli and cheese though. He drinks apple juice in the morning and at lunch and usually drinks about 24 ounces of milk a day. He still uses a pacifier .. Otherwise known as "binky." I am not looking forward to the day we must put that to an end.
Jaxon is tall and skinny, just like his daddy. He's shy around new people, but he warms up pretty quickly .. Now, that's like me. He is loving his trains and cars. Yay for Thomas! We have started going to some play dates and he seems to love them. Although, his cousin Bailey seems to be his best buddy for now! The way they play and giggle together .. It is adorable!
