This year I got to meet one of my Bump mommy friends Laurie and her adorable daughter. We disrupted the peace at Starbucks for an hour! It was beyond wonderful to meet such an amazing mom and friend. I could have sat and talked for hours!

We made last minute Christmas Eve plans to have dinner at The Martins. I'm sure glad we did! We all had a great time, with great food. Dusty and Pops sure did spoil Jaxon. I think they like him just a tad! He He!
He got a new Thomas The Train playset and a new big boy bike. What a lucky kiddo!
The best part of my Christmas was Christmas Eve. We arrived home to packages waiting for us at the door. Great Grandpa & Grandma Lacher had sent Jaxon new Sponge Bob pajamas for Christmas. We had to put them on right away! And then, Cody and I exchanged our gifts, which Jaxon opened, of course!
Of course we turned on 24 hours of A Christmas Story, Jaxon and I snuggled and fell asleep in bed, and Santa made a stop in the night! Wow, what a day we had!
Jaxon was SO surprised on Christmas morning. He was in toy overload. He didn't quite understand the concept of Santa yet, so I think he thought mom and dad were pretty awesome for all of the new toys!
We were a tired bunch! Naps ensued and then we headed down to Cedar Rapids to celebrate Christmas with the family.
Olivia even received a Christmas present!
